This guy has installed a Mac mini in his Toyota Prius, and he can use the car’s touchscreen to control it, apparently for media selection using Front Row.
Check out the Quicktime video at his site along with the tech specs below it; it’s definitely not a Photoshop trick. Add a keyboard and turn on Airport, and you’ve also got a rolling wireless computing solution, ala the Mac truck.
I think I’ll have to try that with the Daddymobile, although the only screen I have is the back-row DVD player.
