When dealing with exams my view is this:

If you know it, you're aware of this and you're confident and can think fluidly and efficiently. If you're not sure of yourself that fact already penetrated your psyche days or weeks prior to the exam and had a sabotaging effect.

And don't have too much coffee!

@bnolden: Cheesetype has a point here -- my college, at least, has a policy that students may seek alternate arrangements if they have three or more final exams on the same day. It would be worth finding out, at least, if your school does the same thing. Or if one of your classes is in a multiple-sectioned course, you could see if you could take the final with another section on another day.

Otherwise I think the main thing is just to get that much more rest the night before and don't plan on doing anything more demanding than vegging in front of the TV the night after.

Besides seeing if you can get out of one of them you mean?

Coffee, or whatever else keeps you going. Exams are stressful enough by themselves, schedules change just for them, and professors know this.

Besides, if you don't ask for some special consideration you'll never get it. It could only be that you can come a half hour late to the exam (and thus finish a half hour late as well), but that could make the difference.

Any tips on taking multiple exams in the same day? I have three finals on the same day this semester. By the time I reach the last exam on these type of days I find myself prone to making stupid mistakes.

All the best
