We’re entering into our second week in the deep freeze here in the midwest. Today we might actually get above freezing for the first time in 10 days. Cold winter weather comes with the territory here, so you just deal with it. But it certainly makes this huge page of webcam links appealing, when you can look at shots like this:

I’ve always said on this blog that technology has a tremendous power for doing good, but now I realize it has an equally tremendous power to make me want to drop everything and run off on vacation.
